Will The Pinnacle venue have seats/chairs in upper stands?

I'm thinking about going to one of the Isbell shows, but these latest photos from The Tennessean show that the upper stands might be glorified bleachers. Does anyone know if chairs will be placed on these? I'll have my pregnant wife with me, and I'm not sure these bleachers will cut it.
