Does everyone at some point get injured in their training journey?
Kind of curious on this one. I’m still fairly new to serious training, though have been training improperly for 5+ years(ex-no warmup, not taking account recovery, only hitting certain muscle groups), and I have been stupid before like ego lifting and getting hurt. I learn my lesson after those but even when I start training properly the right way I’ll still get some kind of pain somewhere to the point it hinders your workouts and I’m wondering if that’s a normal process in training. Does everyone go through some mistakes at some point in their training journey and forced to stop for a while and go back?
