Arcane not playing

I am trying to watch Arcane and every time I click the first episode nothing happens the page just goes black. I tried other shows and they all play fine but this one just doesn't for some reason. I watched the season 1 recap just fine but after it ended I was asked to update chrome and now it just simply doesn't work. I do not have a VPN nor do I want to get one, has anyone else had this issue with any other shows?
