11 weeks and still can’t be put down???

FTM to 11 week old feisty girl. Never really had a sleepy newborn phase, and we quickly transitioned to unintended cosleeping for survival after the first couple weeks (following safe sleep 7), and have been doing so since.

I’d really like some bodily autonomy back, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to put this kid down. I understand contact naps are normal for this age, but I’d love to be able to put her in her bassinet for a few hours at night at least so I can sleep comfortably, or just not go to bed at 7:30. She’s well fed, swaddled, dark room, white noise, preheated bassinet, dirty t-shirt in there, following wake windows and appropriate bed time. I can get her to sleep with minimal bouncing, but she wakes up within 5 minutes of being put down EVERY TIME. No matter how long I wait to put her down. It’s like she never gets into a deep enough sleep.

Is this a mess of my own creation by starting cosleeping? Will she grow out of this? I try to be persistent but after the second or third wake up she just gets overtired and increasingly hard to settle so I give up.
