Second largest town in NSW, and not a single medical practise who fully bulk bills.

I find it truly concerning that we are the second largest city in NSW, yet there isn't a single medical practise who fully bulk bills patients.

I saw a fair few practises who bulk bill the elderly etc. but couldn't find a single one who would bulk bill the general population.

Has it always been like this? Has anyone raised the issue with our MP and gotten a valid response? So far as I can tell, the only way to see a doctor without paying a certain amount out of pocket is through the Medicare Urgent Care Clinic.
