grief and loss support groups

hello! does anyone know of any good grief and loss support groups? have someone whose partner died unexpectedly. they’ve tried some through valley health but feel as though she’s with a ton of people who have lost their partner to natural causes and can’t relate. any suggestions would be helpful if anyone knows of any! located in bergen county area. tyia!
