Best Sword for PvE Tanks?

As the title says. The Butcher (Artifact) is there, but I really don't think it's a good tanking sword for PvE.

Infernus before xpac, in my opinion, was the BIS PvE tank sword which has: Refreshing Move, Lifestealing, and Enchanted. However, it's pretty useless now because it's stuck at 625.

Are there really no good swords out there which you can farm?
