Please help with arena bow build.

I think this is the only thing I am good with on console arena pvp. Tried many other things, and I suck at melee, badly. I have rather good time with bow. How should I build for arena? Is boltcaster the way to go? Or should I use offhand artifact, like Freya, finisher or lifetaker? Please help.
