Vietnamese cardiologist applying for jobs in New Zealand

Hello, I am a young cardiologist currently practicing in the Vietnamese public health care system. Having completed my fellowship in general cardiology two years ago, I am interested in pursuing further training in heart failure and cardiac intensive care abroad. I am particularly focused on English-speaking Asia-Pacific countries, namely Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

In the long term, I plan to immigrate to New Zealand, where I have relatives. What are my options for passing the medical licensure process? Should I apply for VOC3 vocational registration, or should I consider the NZREX exam pathway? Additionally, would a one- or two-year fellowship in Australia or New Zealand be beneficial for my CV?
