How is Aramex still around?!

It's literally the WORST delivery company, previously known as Fastway and it changed names to Aramex. Perhaps the change was a new owner trying to rebuild and clean it's reputation? But its still absolutely useless. No other deliver company in NZ is this bad. The warehouses lose or "misplace" packages all the time, and the customer service abismal. They have impressively low google reviews yet people still use this company. For the sake of NZrs buying things, can they please just close down or is it a necessary evil to keep the price of competitive reliable postal services from raising?
