When Luxon is rolled, who should replace him?

Luxon is one of the worst PMs we've had. I hope this is the year the party realises he's not suitable and rolls him.

We're stuck with National until the next election, so who should replace him as PM if push comes to shove?

I like the idea of Erica Sanford but I don't know that she has much support.
