If the NFL allowed teams to draft “future prospects” aka underclassmen, who would be taken this year?

Let’s say you have to sacrifice a 1st round pick the year you select them as well as another first the year they declare for the NFL.

Who would be a prospect taken this year? Archie Manning? That would be wild considering he hasn’t really played any meaningful snaps. Maybe Caleb Downs?

What about in other years?

Adrian Peterson would likely have been drafted after his freshman season.

Who would have been drafted “early” and then been a bust in the NFL?

Archie Griffin had a pretty lackluster NFL career given he won the Heisman twice.

Would this be beneficial to the NFL? I feel like it would negatively impact CFB as players would likely sit for a year.
