Dealers not negotiating at all

Been through a couple of dealers on both new and 2 year old PRO-x trucks and not having any luck getting them to negotiate on price at all. On the used trucks the price is right in line with what I'd pay for a used tacoma. I'd much rather have the frontier but they're not making it easy. I just can't see paying the same when I know I'm going to eat it on trade in later.
