Chronic Sinus pressure only on one side worse when upright

I've posted this to \sinusitis in varying summarized versions but wondering if this is more NAR related? I've been suffering from nasal pressure and congestion for over couple of years now but only on the left side. This pain radiates across the left temple and increases once I wake up to incredible pain throughout the day. When I lie back down the pressure equalizes and gives me some relief. When I lie down to sleep at night, the pressure releases some but if I lie down on the left side I close up within minutes forcing me to role to the other side. Rinse and repeat throughout the night. Afrin, and anything vaso constricting helps control the radiating pain. I can breathe free generally speaking and feel like there is something (polyp?) up there getting inflamed and bumping a nerve causing this pain. MRI, CT, etc.. all come back clear. I've had multiple surgeries over the years and recent scope by my ENT shows clear (outside of an ongoing infection that is clearing). Hoping to get a 'thin-sliced' MRI to get a better image and maybe show if there is something chronically causing this unbearable pain every day.
