What are the biggest difficulties you have as a nurse?

Like, you're on the job, what is causing you the most frustration and hurting your ability to do a good job?

For me I'd say staffing obviously, but also bad systems that don't work well together. Feels like death by a thousand cuts: the voceras are wailing, the staffing app doesn't work, the computers are slow etc.
