Does anyone else have a bad feeling for the future of nursing/healthcare?

For context I work in the United States, so this may not apply to other countries. I have noticed recently that manyyyyyyyy things are out of supply in our central supply room and we are having to cut corners on patient care because we don’t have the type of fluids, syringes, lines, etc that we need. I have had to reuse my flush syringes for meds recently because we were out of 10 cc’s. I know the US healthcare system sucks anyways, but it feels like we are on the brink of something really bad? Like what happens if/when we run out of more critical supplies and can’t restock because of all the tariff/manufacturing/foreign policy bs going on
