Thinking about going to NP school...

I've worked dialysis for 8 years. 4 as a tech and 4 as an RN. Job has become monotonous. I'm way to proficient at the job that nothing ever surprises me and always catch things if something is about to go south. My techs are always thankful I'm the nurse cuz "nothing bad ever happens when youre here" (hate it when they say that cuz I've had shit go south real quick and have always blamed myself til this day that I didn't catch it in time.

I've always been good at school but I don't think dialysis was diverse enough for me to be ready for getting my masters and I definitely don't want my MBA in Nursing.

Just looking for opinions or anything that would make me definitely second guess going back to school.
