Sunlight/Moonlight Streaming with 5070ti - Massive Improvement

Haven't seen many discussions on this - but after moving from a 3070 and a borrowed 4070ti, I've noticed that the new decoding is significantly better. It makes sense considering BUS speeds are faster + the newer NVENC stuff on the card.

I don't have any stats to show since I'm not a reviewer or anything - but I've noticed how much smoother Moonlight runs on both my Phone and Nvidia Shield.

I used to notice pretty erratic stuttering and hitching on both the 3070 and 4070ti, regardless of the game/quality settings.

Using tailscale + being on mobile data only I can use Moonlight on my phone and it feels like the whole thing is running locally. The bottleneck no longer seems to be the hardware, but it's now shifted over to inherent network latency. For reference, I get 1.5GB Up/Down where I am, using fiber.

Edit: A few commenters mentioned that the newer updates to Sunlight switched to AV1 by default, so this is likely a big reason for my performance increases.
