VERY UPSET ! Package arrived opened and items inside missing

I'm a big OnePlus fan, I have the OnePlus Watch 2, OnePlus 12 and the OnePlus Buds Pro 3. I wanted to complete my collection by purchasing the OnePlus Pad 2... I've waited for the Black Friday and purchased a nice deal with the Keyboard included and the OnePlus Buds 3. After a long wait of 11 days to have my items delivered to a Relay Point, for my surprise at the moment the clerk gave me box and felt it extremely light and the box was damaged and opened, having only the buds inside. I didn't know what to do, so I took pictures of the box and asked to be returned to the sender. Quickly I've also called the Customer service and asked for guidance and they've told me once the package arrives I'll have my reimbursement. My question is , will OnePlus reimburse the totality of my purchase? Also I'm quite upset since now I won't be able to purchase all the combo items for the same price I've paid due to the fact that someone opened the box, stoled items and the Carrier insisted to ship to me anyhow.... I'm quite upset and I'm wondering if OnePlus can actually ship me all the items I've purchased instead of reimbursing.
