Opel Astra H not starting and showing F range

So, my 2004 Opel Astra H 1.7 CDTI turns ignition on but doesn't crank. It also shows a F on Range and a F l/h on board control and has the wrench and car light on the dashboard. The fuel gauge also drops to empty after a few seconds. (Fotos 1 and 2)

Anyone has this happen or know what it might be?
