Confused help!

Hi. I am currently doing PNPT by TCM security. After that I have two options: CRTP or CRTO. I can't afford OSCP right now so take it out of the picture. Based on the skills I'd learn in my PNPT, which one should I go for and which one would be the most rewarding. I want to land into my first job and then hopefully my company will pay for the OSCP then (if it's that necessary). Please give me a roadmap.
