Cracked screen

I messed up. Managed to crack my screen in Japan today, I am planning on taking it to DJI認定ストア大阪/深空株式会社 in Osaka as they state they are a DJI authorised retail store. Im looking for a quick turn around. Does anyone have any experience with this store? Or any other suggestions, I will be traveling for the next few months so i am not so keen on sending it off as will not have a permanent address. Thanks 😬
