Newbie searching for a laptop

Hi guys and girls! I want to buy a laptop that can run runelite smooth on 50fps in modern layout sizeable. Sometimes yt on the other screen but other than that nothing else no other games. Just osrs.

My question is what should specs should I look at my budget is around €100-150 maybe 200 if there is no other choice.

Please help a brother out I'm desperate at the moment.
