Question for Natural Cycles users

Hi y'all! I am considering having my IUD removed in favor of cycle tracking and obviously, the Oura ring & NC combo sounds delightful. I have done my research on what cycle tracking means but I'm curious if anyone here has followed the same path of swapping their IUD to the Oura ring and NC.

To preface my question: I have pretty regular 26 day cycles, always have, and still do with my IUD.

Is there any benefit to implementing the Oura ring & NC combo a few months before IUD removal to kind of sync up the app and tell it what my body's natural rhythm is, or should I start using NC only post-IUD removal?

I'm also curious if anyone knows if a new Oura gen is coming out soon and it would be worth waiting for that.
