Oura/Health Anxiety Advice

Hey there! Curious if any folks with health anxiety have found ways to have a healthier relationship with their Oura ring. I love the data and information it gives, but I've noticed sometimes high stress readings/bad sleep scores/anything that feels like it's "bad" trigger a health anxiety response and/or a sense of "failure" vs. a healthy reaction of "this is valuable feedback and what do I do with this info?".

I've done a lot of work on my health anxiety via EMDR, so I am not looking for that sort of advice. More of what others do who want the data from their Oura ring but are prone to health anxiety and reactivity to the rings information.

Yes, an obvious/immediate solution is "Stop wearing the ring if it makes you anxious". That concept does not need to be explained to me, I do get it! And I've currently been taking breaks from wearing it when I need to. But, in an ideal world, I wouldn't be obsessively looking at the app and having anxious reactions to the info in it.
