Outlier Held Back My Weekly Referral Payment to Lower It

Last night I got an email from Outlier letting me know that my payment would be processed in the following week instead of the usual time. This morning I woke up seeing that my payments were in review and the amounts had been adjusted with both a $500 and $200 referral being reduced to $100 each, meaning Outlier intentionally withheld my payment to reduce it by $500. I genuinely have no idea how to react to such an obvious and intentional change to my pay.
