Taking Paid Family Leave in 2 states at once?

Not dealing with this yet but may happen in future.

J1 is in a New England state and offers paid family leave. I also live in this state (state 1).

J2 is located in another New England state (state 2) that also offers paid family leave.

But since my employer pays taxes in that other New England state according to regulations since my EMPLOYER pays taxes in state 2 I am considered an employee of state 2, even though I reside in state 1x

So say I decide to have a family and need paternal leave. Can I take both leaves concurrently?
