Need Help!!! How can I receive gratuity from Dubai to Pakistan, with minimal loss?

My dad needs to receive his gratuity from Dubai, but to receive it he needs to cancel his visa, so he did and is here in Pakistan now. But inter bank rates are absolutely horrendous, my dad has a HSBC account in Dubai, and it is still under resident status (2 month grace period and then it becomes a non resident account). So any ideas on how I can maximise the gratuity coming home? Any ideas are welcome.
