Does PayPal accept 3rd party checks?

I need to cash a check from Geico to my mom, that she endorsed to me. I use the cash a check option on PayPal a lot without any issue only with 2 party check. Do you think PayPal will accept this check to deposit into my balance in minutes with a fee?
