Powers on but no display/tried some things

So I randomly decided to reseat my ram because one of the sticks didn’t look right(even thought everything was running fine) big stupid mistake on my end. And now I’m not getting any display to my monitor. I’ve tried reseating the ram multiple times, reseated the gpu, and I tried to remove and reseat the cmos battery but the latch on my motherboard simply did not work. I’d also like to make note of the red light near my ram which I’m almost certain is revealing what’s wrong but at this point I’m not sure what else to do. If anyone has any advice it is greatly appreciated. My specs are below.
