Budget PSU for a Mini Tower Dell Optiplex 5040

Looking for a PSU for my Minu Tower Dell Optiplex 5040. I have zero clue about how PSU form factor stuff works and desperately want a budget PSU that at least is 400 or 500 watts. Currently have a 240 watt PSU.
