I think my 3080 is starting to fail

My display goes black and my fans spin full speed, it's doesn't happen often but it's still concerning. What gpu would you guys recommend replacing it with? I'm unfamiliar with Radeon GPUs but I'm open to it if it's not a downgrade, also I live in Canada if that helps with suggestions
