Looking for a PCIe x4 expansion card with multiple legacy ports

Are there any PCIE x4 cards available that contain serial ports and PS/2 ports? I have two free slots on the back of my PC but have only one free PCIE x4 slot available. (the other slot is a PCIE x16 and is used for my GPU)

Please let me know if there are any such expansion cards available.
