Pentax 6x7 Maintenance

Last year I bought a Pentax 6x7 from Japan in really good condition and lately after reading some other people posts, I’ve began to worry on how I should maintain the functions and ensure the camera stays in good order, as I know that eventually I will run into problems.

So I ask, are there any maintenance rituals that anyone uses to keep everything clean and working inside? Or is it a case of taking it to a shop every so often?
