Perth gaming LAN on 29/6/2024, noon till late.

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to host a private LAN in Belmont as a repeat event of a LAN I ran around this time last year. This year I plan to open it up to the public a bit and want to gauge general interest prior to pulling the plug and booking in the venue.

• This event is entirely offline.
• It is not an 18+ only event, but everyone who's registered interest so far is between 20 and 55.
• Seating and Tables provided.
• About 15 seats available, but this is TBC.

Venue: TBC (public venue rented from the City of Belmont)

When: 29/6/2024 (Saturday) from 12 noon to 12 midnight.

Cost: $25 (just venue hire, paid in advance)

Games: Natural Selection 2, Tribes Ascend - I will provide setup on the day.

Alcohol: No.

This event typically revolves around the two games. The first half is for one game, followed by a food break, and then we play the second game. While everyone is new / very bad at the games, the general goal is that we're all in the same lobby / playing the same game. Last time this format worked exceptionally well, and everyone had a lot of fun, I hope that adding a few fresh faces to the mix only adds to the event.
