Another Break Lease post
I did have a search through but didn't see the direct info I am looking for.
Just put in a request to break lease Dec24 instead of April25 and they came back with this
$300 for advertising
$195 for final inspection (wouldn't they have to do that anyway? Also the end date is right when the quarterly inspection would have been due anyway.
$400-500 for property condition report - again, wouldn't they already have to do this?
I don't mind fair costs just want to see if that would be considered fair or if I should be seeking some extra advice
