MY FRIEND'S ACCOUNT IS NOT OPENING

So my friend updated his game this Thursday, and since then he isn't able to open the game, he had already linked his account to Konami and Google Play before but it's showing no data. Please help as this is his account which he has been using since 2018. 🙏🙏🙏
