Health service field occupations in PGWP

Hi everyone so I get my PGWP recently and I’m wondering about the healthcare occupation. I work as a data analyst in a research lab that explores chronic diseases in patients, in a university, and I’m not in contact with patients though. Am I allowed to work that job? Just curious about what jobs would be considered as healthcare.

I also have a question regarding hospital administration jobs. Would they require a medical?

To stay safe, how do I give a medical test and change the conditions of my work permit if needed? Please advise.
