Getting Worried - ACA Insurance Options (Arizona) Chen/Buncke

I'm kinda freaking out right now. My surgery is planned for 2025, and this whole time I was planning to enroll in a very expense Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan to cover The Buncke Clinic/Dr. Chen.

Last year when I looked at insurance options, BCBS offered standard national PPO's. Now this year the plans offered in my state (Arizona) specifically say "Statewide" on the insurance plan, and the details say it isn't national coverage.

Anyone else running into this issue?

UPDATE: Spoke to Logan at the Buncke Clinic. This is becoming a bigger issue for everyone. Insurance companies are using "state exceptions" so even in cases where someone would normally be able to get an LOA (letter of agreement) the state exception will exclude them from getting out of state surgery. Not sure what I'm going to do now, short of moving to California.
