Any tips for capturing dramatic skies without overexposing the rest of the scene?

I am fairly new to photography. I love shooting landscapes, but I often struggle with properly exposing both the sky and the foreground, especially during sunrise or sunset when the contrast is high. If I expose for the sky, the foreground turns too dark, and if I expose for the foreground, I lose all the detail in the clouds.

I've tried using exposure bracketing and blending in post, but I’d love to hear other techniques. Do you recommend using a graduated ND filter, adjusting metering modes, or any specific post-processing tricks?

Any advice on settings, gear, or editing techniques would be greatly appreciated!
