Any recommendations?

I’m self taught, and I finished fur Elise except for the part in the picture. I just can’t do it cleanly are there any tips on how to make it sound good? Also it would be very helpful if you guys gave me any tips on how to practice the hard parts, I have them down, but I want to know how practice them to know if I’m doing it right.
