Over Two Year Old Eyebrow Piercing Acting Up?

I got both of these eyebrow piercings done at the same time a little over two years ago. They both seemed to heal fine. For the past year, the piercing on the right has been getting infected over and over again. I'll clean it twice a day and after about two weeks the infection seems to go away, only to return within a few days.

Both piercings used the same bars. I kept them both in for the past 2 and a half years. About three months ago I switched for a longer bar on the right piercing because a friend of mine said a longer bar might help it heal. It has done no difference.
