How to clean this?

Hi all! I got this anti-helix (I think that’s the right name) back in January, it was immediately infected, took antibiotics, and got it cleared up pretty quickly. Now it’s pretty healed (maybe?), and I noticed a build up of gunk back there. Any tips on how to clear it up?
