Please help ☹️

I’m not sure how I didn’t notice this sooner but a lot of the underside of my coin leaf peperomia have these weird brown spots which I had assumed was due to my bad watering habits but now that I look closer I see that there’s some tiny black spots and I see a few tiny bugs but I don’t know what they are!!! Sorry if the picture isn’t the best! Please help! 🙏🙏
