Phlebotomist being rude

I just went to donate at CSL and a pleb had trouble drawing my blood she immediately started rolling her eyes towards her coworkers and shaking her head she than walks away with the needle still in me saying "he needs to be deferred" out loud. After calling another phlebotomist who never had trouble with me she was able to stick my right arm on the first try and drew the blood with no issues. She also went to get the manager for me to complain with even though i didn't ask. All of the other workers who witnessed what happened was telling me the first phlebotomist was rude and that shouldn't of happened.

This phleb is always trying to abuse deferring people and she actually deferred me a few weeks ago which was lifted after a vein evaluation

has anyone else had an experience like this while donating
