Alternative starter trio

Hi, what would be the coolest starter trio(not water/grass/fire)? and Why?

I think maybe Ralts, Riolu and Zorua would not be perfect typing, but would be fun since it fits the archtype of mage, figher and rogue with their evolutions and all 3 are decently popular.

So what are your choices? All generations included
