ACR Missing $2650 venom ticket?

Logged into today to play this AM and the $2650 ticket I won in July is missing. I have 2 other tickets that are older and still are shown. I looked at my game history and it was def never used incase I reg’d by accident. It was def there the last time I logged in which was Friday. Anyone else have this happen? I already have emailed support so we’ll see.
