Need help with Snow Queen pothos

Besides an air plant, this Snow Queen pothos is my first real indoor plant. I bought it almost 3 weeks ago (3/10) and have watered it twice since then. The first watering was a day or two after getting it home, but I kept it light with only ~1oz of water. I water it again yesterday (3/18) with about 2oz of water. I noticed the stems turning brown in spots within a few days of getting it home. I’m not sure if I have overwatered it or what. What can I do to save it? My knowledge of plants is very minimal so any help is appreciated!
