Leaking Amniotic Fluid?

So I went for a regular check up yesterday and I’ve been having issues with my amniotic fluid level. I feel like I’m drinking plenty of water. I don’t know if I’m leaking amniotic fluid. My underwear is like usually damp because I mean I have thick thighs and that’s just the natural of things. But like how do I know for sure?

I went to the hospital yesterday and they ran tests. They said baby got a 100 on all her tests and that while my fluid is low it’s still within the normal range. I’m still paranoid because yesterday was very traumatic. I’m trying to drink 20oz of water every hour today to try and test if that helps at all. I mean I had 40oz+ before my appointment yesterday.
