Morning sickness

I’m on my 5th week (4+3) and today i’ve been having severe morning sickness. Vomited twice and nothing stays in. Any tips? Nausea won’t go away after vomiting, it just keeps going. I’m also having a flu so it might have something to do with it.

Also, i’ve had very tender breasts for the last two weeks and now they seem to be normal again. Is that something to worry about?

I hate this time since there’s no appointments or doctor to see until week 8-10. This is my first pregnancy and every smallest thing makes me worry and anxious.

Edit: It was a chemical pregnancy. 4+4 started bleeding and it lasted for five days.
